A: We are a professional transport vehicle supplier who will provide both pre-sale service and technical support. We'll recommend the most suited product according to the clients' requirements. Complete product information will be supplied as well.
2. Can you tell us the details of your sale service?
A: After the placement of each order, we will arrange a specially-assigned person to follow up the order and update the order schedule to the clients upon request.
If necessary, we can provide the wearing parts list to clients for choosing, when signing the order. Our company ensures the shortest delivery period through scientific management to arrange the production. Conventional tanker trucks arrive at the port of departure within 45 days.
3. What kind of after-sale service do you offer?
A: We fully focus on after-sale service. The exported vehicle is available with 12-month warranty period since the date of bill of lading. If the transport vehicles fail because of quality reasons during the warranty period, we will replace the parts for free.
We provide speed after-sale service. Our staff will response in 24 hours after receiving the clients' complaints. Solutions and spare parts needed will be offered within 72 hours. We promise that the operation of spare parts will be finished within a week.

4. Other service?
A: We provide free training service. Your personnel can be sent to our factory for training. As required, we also can periodically arrange our technical personnel to conduct training service in a specific area.
